Ingredients
  • 4cups pure coconut water
  • 1cup chopped honeydew melon
  • 1 kiwipeeled
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2tbsp honey or agave nectar, for energy
  • 1/8tsp salt, for electrolytes
Instructions
  1. Seat glass pitcher on the base of the Instant Pot® Ace.
  2. Add all ingredients to the pitcher, then secure and lock lid.
  3. Choose the Smoothie program (1:38 minutes).
  4. Once the program has completed, pour the finished drink through the mesh strainer that came with the Instant Pot® Ace. This is optional; however, it makes for the clearest drink and filters out any kiwi seeds.
  5. Serve chilled for a boost of energy and hydration.
Recipe Notes

Strawberry Basil Variation: This recipe is also great when made with   1 cup of chopped fresh strawberries and 3 basil leaves in place of the honeydew, kiwi, and mint.

Helpful Tip:
The mint in this recipe, and the basil in the variation above, add more dimension the flavor, without overpowering the fruit—however, they can be omitted if desired.
